A visitor’s permit is required to park at the event.
Permits are available for $5 and can be purchased by visiting: https://transport.tamu.edu/Account/Conference/parkingpermits.aspx
and selecting the option labeled “Conference: HUMAN FACTORS & ERGONOMICS SOCIETY SW REG SYMPOSIUM”.

Please print your permit and display it on the dash as indicated. Note that there will not be an option for reprinting this permit once you arrive on campus—if it is lost you will need to purchase another. Therefore, it may be best to save your permit as a PDF in this event.
