To register online for the conference, please pay by credit card via Paypal.com (small additional fee applies). Upon completing payment, Paypal will direct you to our registration form.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please print the registration form and fill it out. Contact the HHFES , Sheryl Stealey, by email for payment and registration mailing information.
Checks may be made out to "Houston Chapter HFES". Please include your name and mark the check for "2006 One-Day Conference". Your registration will be processed upon receipt of your registration fee and completed registration form. Please also include a valid email address so that Sheryl may refer you to our online registration form.

The registration fee covers a conference program, food and beverages (continental breakfast, lunch, coffee/soda/snack breaks, and afternoon reception with beer, wine, and snacks). Parking is not included in the registration fee. All-day parking at Rice University costs $9 and requires an active credit card.
